1.2 Capacity Caps

Moonlit Couture may enforce caps and manage access to sessions, rotations, rooms, models, HMUA, educators, and locations.

1.3 Changes and Substitutions

Moonlit Couture may adjust:

looks/sets, locations, schedule order, rotation timing/groups, educator/model/HMUA participation

the number of looks delivered per block (if safety/flow requires)

These adjustments do not create a right to refund except as stated in Section 2.1.

2) Event Confirmation Guarantee and Refund Policy

2.1 Event Confirmation Guarantee (March 3, 2026)

If the Event is not confirmed by March 3, 2026, Moonlit Couture will issue a full refund of the ticket price paid to the original payment method.

2.2 After Confirmation: No-Refund Policy

After confirmation (or after March 3, 2026, if confirmed), all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Moonlit Couture.

2.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Moonlit Couture may result in ticket cancellation and denial of entry.

2.4 Transfers

Ticket transfers may be allowed only with written approval and may require a transfer fee, identity verification, and acceptance of all terms by the transferee.

3) Schedule, Locations, Movement, and Safety

3.1 Multi-Location Environment

You are responsible for your own transportation, travel, gear, insurance, meals (unless included), and any lodging not explicitly included in your ticket.

3.3 Safety and Venue Rules

4) Code of Conduct and Professional Standards

4.1 Professional Conduct Required

This is an invitational environment. Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

harassment, discrimination, hate speech, intimidation, or unwanted advances

disruptive conduct, unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication

“freelancing” schedules (private side-shoots, monopolizing talent, or disrupting access) unless explicitly authorized by staff

4.3 Enforcement

Moonlit Couture may remove any Participant from a session or the Event without refund for violations of conduct, safety rules, venue rules, or staff direction.

5) Rotation Structure, Fair Access, and 1:1 Sessions

Shooting is conducted using structured rotations to distribute access fairly. You agree to follow assigned groupings, time blocks, and staff direction.

5.2 1:1 Sessions

If your ticket includes or you purchase a 1:1 session, you acknowledge:

times and assignments are scheduled and/or allocated based on availability and fairness

9.2 License Granted to Moonlit Couture

Models/HMUA/educators grant photographers a non-exclusive release to use images featuring them for photographers’ self-promotion (social, website, portfolio, press, booking).

This mutual license is worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual, intended for non-commercial self-promotional use.

9.4 Commercial/Third-Party Use (Optional Boundary)

If a Participant wants to license Event images for paid commercial advertising for a third-party brand or resale as stock, they are responsible for securing any additional releases/permissions required (including from models, HMUA, venue/property, and Moonlit Couture where applicable). Moonlit Couture may require written approval for brand/commercial uses involving Event name, venue sets, or proprietary concepts.
